Refunds and returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a hassle-free return and refund:


  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure:

  • Contact our customer service to initiate the return procedure.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  • You will be provided with a return authorisation number (RA#).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals and documentation included with the item.
  • Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm eligibility for a refund, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund procedure:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
  • If you paid by cheque or money order, the refund will be sent to the address provided.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a credit to your gift card.
  • Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and displayed on your account.

In case of a quick refund, a refund of 20% of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method and the customer can keep the product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
